Gateway Conference Center in Richburg, South Carolina offers approximately 15,000 square feet of rentable event and meeting space within our 42,000+ square-foot facility. Located just off I-77 between Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC, Gateway accommodates events ranging from small meetings and training sessions to conferences, weddings, banquets, expos and large celebrations.

Our 9,655-square-foot Grand Ballroom can accommodate approximately 400–420 guests for a banquet with a dance floor, 450–500 guests for banquet-style seating without a dance floor, and up to approximately 1,000 guests for auditorium-style events. Additional spaces include the Grand Salon, Meeting Rooms A–C, Petite Meeting Room and other flexible areas that can be configured for breakout sessions, receptions, meetings and multi-room events.
