COVID-19 Informed Consent Before Entering Facility

Thank you for continuing to support the Gateway Conference Center by attending, holding or providing a service to events held at our facility. As we open our doors throughout this time of coronavirus, we are practicing and ensuring that all health and safety protocols are being followed for our clients and their guests.

As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you, your guests and/or your staff may be exposed to COVID-19, also known as “coronavirus” at any time or in any place. Be assured that we have been following state and federal regulations and recommended universal personal protection and disinfection protocols to limit transmission of all diseases in our venue and continue to do so.

Despite our careful attention to sterilization, disinfection and use of personal barriers, there is still a chance that you, your guests and/or your staff could be exposed to an illness in our venue, just as you might at any public location. Social distancing nationwide has reduced the transmission of the coronavirus. Although we have taken measures to provide social distancing in our venue, due to the nature of the event you are attending and/or working, it will be your responsible to ensure you, your guests and/or your staff are maintaining social distancing, proper sanitation and will adhere to the COVID-19 Terms of Agreement.
